Responsibilities The 1st Battalion Task Lead will be responsible for managing and supporting deploying Field Support Teams (FST), Battalion S3 requirements and the IO FST Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) assessment capability. The candidate will ensure FSTs are prepared to deploy in support of IO Planning requirements and can support Army and Joint Force needs by supporting pre-deployment preparation, training, evaluation and validation for deploying team members. The candidate will be responsible for the development, evaluation and updates to IO Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and provide training materials and blocks of instructions to deploying personnel. The candidate will lead a team of subject matter experts providing support to planning, preparation, integration and execution of Operations Security and Military Deception. The candidate will supervise collection and assembly of data and information for daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Qualifications Required Qualifications Clearance Top SecretSCI with ability to obtain a CI poly Master's degree in Business Management or technical field Experience working with an information warfare battalion or equivalent-level organization Six years of demonstrated experience in integration and synchronizing IO Experience in one of the following areas Demonstrated experience working within or supervising the preparation and deployment of Field Support Teams. Demonstrated experience supervising and executing FST training plans. Demonstrated experience in a military Battalion S3 or equivalent organization. Supporting the IO FST MRX capability. Desired Qualifications Ten or more years' experience working Information Operations Experience in all of the following areas listed in required qualifications including Demonstrated experience working within or supervising the preparation and deployment of Field Support Teams. Demonstrated experience supervising and executing FST training plans. Demonstrated experience in a military Battalion S3 or equivalent organization.
