  • Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, the Affiliate Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations the company’s recruitment advertising partners. In this role you will work cross functionally with teams to manage traffic-driving campaigns and projects in support of the business’s goals and objectives. This is an opportunity to have critical impact on a major part of Nexxt’s business.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Monitor partner metrics for daily performance, bringing awareness to issues and highlights
    • Interact with internal staff and external vendors, as required, to ensure that campaigns are managed appropriately
    • Provide data driven suggestions for campaign optimization and budget reallocations
    • Perform weekly budget analysis
    • Manage new partner setup and day-to-day operations
    • Troubleshoot technical issues
    • Create partner reports, PowerPoint decks, and other documents
    • Liaise with internal teams for campaign setup and management, and interdepartmental projects
    • Communicate monthly budgets with partners
    • Research new opportunities for business
    • Support Client Services, Digital Marketing, and other teams as needed
    • Stay current with evolving partner, competitor, and industry trends and advancements

    Requirements

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Capable of thinking independently and critically
    • Solid technical aptitude, with the ability to work cross functionally between technical, creative, and other departments
    • Sound sense of ownership for all job responsibilities projects to tasks
    • Able to work quickly, define and report on issues, interpret data, and draw valid conclusions
    • Comfortable working and liaising with vendors, and internal teams
    • Occasional travel as needed (optional)

    Education/Experience

    • BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related concentration
    • 2-5 years media buying, traffic management, digital marketing or related field
    • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising preferred
