The Energy Sustainability & Infrastructure (ES&I) Analytics team is seeking a Product Manager for our resiliency and grid asset investment planning analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product development and energy transition analytics, including climate resiliency and grid modernization analytics, cost-effectiveness and valuation frameworks, optimization, uncertainty and scenario analysis, roadmap development and strategic planning, and client-facing go-to-market and delivery. This position will be part of a team of data scientists and modelers supporting diverse client needs, and involve a variety of systems and tools, including, but not limited to, Python, R, Analytica, Git, and Snowflake.
This position will be part of a team supporting the design, development and delivery of innovative advanced platform-based data and analytics capabilities and solutions to address a wide variety of energy client needs.
Engage with resiliency and grid asset investment planning development team and client-facing internal partners to coordinate on pipeline, development team needs, new requirements, and roadmap prioritization
Lead or advise on technical elements of client delivery (e.g., technical workstreams, deliverables and stakeholder presentations, client requests) and go-to-market (e.g., demos, client proposals)
Manage development team, including recruiting, staffing, and training
Oversee development roadmap
Understand the technology stack (i.e., Python, R, Analytica, Git, Snowflake)
Provide strategic vision on the evolution of the product and integration opportunities with other Guidehouse solutions.

Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent work experience
6+ years of experience working with cost-effectiveness and energy transition analytics (e.g., climate resiliency, grid modernization, DER planning)
Ability to lead technical workstreams, including in an internal/external client-facing role, with a strong commitment to quality and standardization
Experience with product development and DevOps or Agile frameworks
Experience with coding (e.g., strong Python, R, Analytica)
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form with internal team members and internal/external clients
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to creatively problem solve and rapidly learn new modeling platforms and concepts
Experience overseeing work of individuals
Experience and interest in leading team management, including staffing, recruiting, and training
Experience with linear optimization, uncertainty and scenario analysis
Experience with source code version control technologies such as Git and Azure DevOps
Experience with Copperleaf, RStudio Connect, R shiny, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and GIS software
