Assist the Associate Relations team in maintaining all associate relations related records.
Responsible for providing a first response to all unemployment claims via the unemployment claims system, including developing necessary files for hearings and coordinating with departments regarding date and time of hearings
Determine the need to escalate unemployment claims that the Company challenges to others on the Associate Relations team as appropriate
Maintain the Disciplinary Action and Litigation databases for the Associate Relations team by completing timely data entry of all disciplinary actions and litigation. Will review necessary documentation needed for litigation, unemployment and meditation to determine the relevance of information for the case as requested by Associate Relation Specialist and Managers
Generate reports for use by the Associate Relations team
Triage Navex cases and determine resolution and/or determine if they require escalation to the Associate Relation rep.
Work on projects as assigned.
Review attendance related disciplinary actions and respond to managers
Provide coaching to supervisors/managers on how to best track and address progressive disciplines related to attendance
Responsible for ensuring all terminations for both associates and contractors are processed in a timely manner in PeopleSoft.
High School/GED required.
1-3 years HR experience or Bachelors' degree in Human Resources is required.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred.
