Brigade S3 Task Lead

SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Brigade S3 Task Lead to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA, United States The Brigade S3 Task Lead will be responsible for integration and synchronization of all operations.

Responsibilities

The S3 is responsible for coordinating, integrating, synchronizing, monitoring, and assessing all current and future operations. The S3 is also responsible for specializing IO training requirements. The Training Branch provides resident IO-related courses at Fort Belvoir, VA and through mobile training teams (MTT) worldwide, with courses focused on the integration of Information Related Capabilities (IRC).

Qualifications

• Active in-scope TS/SCI Clearance

• Ability to obtain an maintain TRADOC Instructor Certification within six months of arrival

• Master's degree in Business Management or Technical Field

• 12 years' demonstrated experience in integration and synchronizing IO

• Experience in two of the following training requirements:

• Information Operations (IO) courseware development and presentation

• Course/seminars/STX/workshops

• Authoring curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in the systematic steps and processes of the Accountable Instructional System

• Formulating and integrating various Program of Instructions (POI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required
