    Job Description Summary

    Responsible for providing product implementation, maintenance and other support functions on full range of cash management products and services.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Logs and tracks open product implementation and maintenance actions to achieve established service level agreements.

    • Maintains cash management customer databases.

    • Maintains product and support files and other documentation.

    • Escalates product and support issues as appropriate.

    • Carries out daily product support responsibilities in a proper and timely fashion.

    Other Job Duties

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience

    • Requires limited job knowledge of systems and procedures.

    • Follows basic work routines and standards.

    • Typically does not require prior experience.

    Skills

    • Good knowledge of deposit and non-lending products and services.

    • Detailed knowledge of operational processes related to all cash management products and service set-ups to assist in problem resolution preferable.

    • Knowledge of PC based cash management products and services.

    • Research and analysis Verbal communication Customer service Desktop PC application use.
