    • Working towards a Contracts Lifecycle Management Certification, including Icertis, Conga, Ariba

    Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

    • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, or Business Process Management, including the following:

    • Understanding of the sourcing/procurement process and Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM);

    • Leading content management, records management or contract management policies, procedures and technologies assessments;

    • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;

    • Deploying and configuring solutions leveraging applications such as: Filenet, Documentum, Box, Adobe, OpenText, iCertis, Conga [Apttus], Exari/Coupa;

    • Leading development teams responsible for implementing and testing functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting deployments;

    • Securing content, document, records and contract management systems integrating SSO providers (e.g. Okta, Ping, OneLogin) and/or LDAP/Active Directory solutions;

    • Migrating large data sets from legacy and/or proprietary data stores to best in class content and contract management platforms using vendor provided or customized ETL solutions;

    • Managing client requirements, project workflow, budgets, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written materials with attention to business and/or technical audience;

    • Applying a broad range of experiences with server, desktop, network, database and application server architectures, to deliver large scale transformation projects;

    • Providing clients with recommendations and guidance around disciplines such as Contract Lifecycle Management

    • Designing and prototyping solutions that leverage cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP to establish highly available and scalable solutions;

    • Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; and,

    • Communicating value propositions and management of sales pursuits and the development of proposals in response to RFI/ RFP's.
