Responsibilities Perspecta is seeking to fill a critical role for a Cyber Intelligence Tech Analystfor our, Fort Belvoir, Virginiaoffice. The Cyber Intelligence Tech Analyst is responsible for conducting and evaluating all-source analytic production of network operations technologies and cyber warfare tactics techniques, and procedures to assess computer network defense and information assurance in support of customer organizations. Projects the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impact on U.S. forces worldwide. Performs risk assessments based on network events to determine operational impact and conduct all source research and analysis to identify, exploit, and assess potential threats, and vulnerabilities to operations. Assess computer network defense and information assurance in support of customer organizations. Provide certified and experienced vulnerability assessment analysts to conduct off-site system vulnerability, network architecture, policy and procedure, application, and system integrity reviews. Assist with development and maintenance of red team detachment assessment methods, tools, and techniques. Contribute to technical and executive summaries of Red Team missions. Document tools, techniques, processes, and procedures Qualifications Required Active TSSCI clearance Bachelor's Degree in related field. 12+ years' experience conducting analysis and open source research supporting DoD or IC customer with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years. 10+ years' experience in conducting analysis and open source research supporting DoD or IC customer. 10+ years' experience assessing computer network defense and information assurance in support of customer organizations. 10+ years' experience assisting with development and maintenance of cyber red team detachment assessment methods, tools, and techniques. 10+ years' experience performing code review, protocol and input fuzzing, and analysis of disassembled code to find vulnerabilities and recommending fixes and mitigations. 10+ years' experience developing exploits based on identified vulnerabilities 10+ years' experience with emulation toolsets and development. Certified Offensive Security Professional 10+ year's active duty military, civilian or contractor performance working in Information Operations. 8+ years of leadership experience supporting open source research and strong proficiency in IO Planning One or both of the following certifications Offensive Security Professional Certification Python Certification About Perspecta What matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
