This is a long-term opportunity. Hours are somewhat flexible – approximately 25-35 per week. Off-hour and weekend support will be required on occasion to support our clients on the West Coast. As a Digital Account Team Member, you will be part of the Client Success Team that directly supports all Direct, Agency and Partnership clients. You will be a central point of contact for our clients and our entire product line. The Client Success Team onboards, manages accounts and works closely with Sales/Marketing/Tech/Product/Management teams.
