    As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be part of the Client Success Team that directly supports all Direct, Agency and Partnership clients. You will be the main point of contact for our Job Performance (Job Postings/Slots/Performance Based Contracts) and Resume Search products, and indirectly support all other products listed above. The Client Success Team onboards, manages accounts and works closely with Sales/Marketing/Tech/Product/Management teams.

    • Manage and administrate the campaign lifecycle, including implementation, optimization, reporting, analytics and billing/budgeting.
    • Provide pre- and post-sale support to the sales team.
    • Maintain relationships with advertisers/agencies. Provide consultative feedback and direction to clients to further the success of business relationships.
    • Coordinate with technical, marketing, sales departments to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects
    • Collaborate on product enhancement/development when necessary
    • Analyze campaign performance to report to client/sales team and make recommendations for improved performance
    • Monitor and prioritize task and project queues, work with tech team on managing and troubleshooting tasks
    • Provide product training to internal teams and external clients
    • Track and maintain account activity in CRM database and shared workbooks
    • Deliver monthly reporting to the business for billing and reconciliation
    • Complete special projects as requested

    Requirements

    Here are the skills we’d love for you to have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree: Business, communications, or related fields; or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 2 years related client relations/account management experience
    • Experience in digital media, advertising, or similar environments
    • Strong technical familiarity, ability to communicate clearly between technical & non-technical people
    • Online experience and understanding of performance-based advertising a plus
    • Strong reporting and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication both internally and externally
    • Advanced trouble-shooting skills, ability to problem solve with minimal involvement from management
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business conditions
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
    • Strict attention to detail, ability to multi task with a high volume of tasks is a must
