Assemblers being hired in Smithfield, RI 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available.

In this role, you will make safety eyewear designed to protect workers in industries such as oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing.

What you will do:

• Assemble eyewear lenses using various assembly machines

• Use measurement gages to verify the quality of the product

• Use written documentation and visual aids to perform well defined assembly procedures and processes

• Final inspection of product

• Moderate amount of material handling

Education Required:

• High school diploma or GED

Skills Required:

• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good eye/hand coordination

• Able to understand a bill of material and standard operating procedures

Experience Desired:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment
