    The Position

    Cleo is looking for a client-focused, Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team to provide consultative solutions. This position can work remotely from anywhere in the US - it is all about finding the right fit! Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with data translation tools and software and have an interest in working directly with clients to provide consultative solutions based on their business needs.#LI-Remote

    What you will be doing

    • Analyzing data, integration requirements, and business processes needed to design, build and implement customized solutions for Cleo clients

    • Working to become an expert on Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures

    • Demonstrating excellent customer service so that each and every customer receives supreme value from Cleo solutions

    • Ensuring the customer's solution is configured and technically deployed to specification, accurately, and on-time

    • Working effectively with team members and other departments to complete projects successfully

    • Process overview- walking clients through their current architecture and what their new architecture would look like

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university

    • 1-3 years of experience with any of the following: B2B, EDI, File Transfer, Protocols, Network Admin, and data integration

    • Prior experience in a technical services role

    • Knowledge of data transformation products including transformation of EDI, Flat File, XML, file formats

    • Ability to do product installs, configurations, and debugging

    • Prior protocol experience: AS2, FTP/SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS
