WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Integrations Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work on product planning, roadmap, prioritization, documentation, and execution of API integrations lifecycle, with partners upstream and downstream from TTN platforms.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
Identify. Develop & manage a target pool of business partnerships for data and API integrations across regions and key verticals.
Develop the holistic platform API product strategy (including management, control, security, and monetization) and manage the API roadmap.
Create and Manage pricing strategy for API & platform access and use by customers or partners.
Drive cross-functional product development throughout TTN. Collect business requirements and be the voice of the customer & partners.
Deliver training sessions to customers, ops, sales on use cases, troubleshooting, integration support - what, why & how?
Lead product releases and go-to-market activities for new partner integrations (e.g., new ERP) and development and release of new APIs for customers and partners. Responsible for Sunset /EOL legacy APIs/ integrations as needed and providing a transition path for customers.
Be the point person and SME & evangelize product integration capabilities, value to our customers, and dos/ don'ts.
Participate in RFP large customer integrations requests when needed. Present capabilities in customer meetings.

To be successful in this role, YOU will also be equipped with:
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent. MBA Preferred.
• 5+ years' experience as Product Manager/Architect with APIs-based products. Good understanding of API concepts: REST & SOAP web services, JSON structure, API architecture.
• Experience in building API features e.g., rate limiting, auth, throttling and security. API Platform transitions are a plus.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum or similar, Jira, writing user stories, and managing backlogs
• Experience in partner development on API contracts. Negotiating, specifically, API use, licensing, and monetization.
• Experience interacting with Customers, Partner Vendors both local and remote for API integration projects.
• Previous experience working in the Telematics industry would be an advantage
• Ability to travel/internationally - when required
