We are seeking a new Head Chef to join our team. Your role will be to Train and maintain a high quality team of cooks to perform and execute the pubs standards at all times.
As a member of the kitchen department, you will work with the sous chef and line cooks and front of the house managers daily and report to our GM and owner.
What You Will Do:

• Ensure the highest quality of food safety is being done properly and efficiently. To work and train your team of kitchen staff to ensure that even when you are not on site that they are preforming their jobs to a high standard that the restaurant and yourself demands. To maintain an inventory system to prevent loss and waste. Creating new recipes with build sheets and recipe cards with costing it out..

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Some College
• Recipe Development
• Budgeting
• Menu Writing
