Job Description

Learn, Contribute, and Make a Difference! If you want to grow with our veterinary hospital as an associate veterinarian lead and make a difference in the lives of pets and their people, we would like to talk with you!

Who We Are:

Harmony Veterinary Center is a growing AAHA-accredited 3-doctor small animal practice with caring, supportive team members who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients, patients, and ourselves. Together, we contribute to a positive, supportive, fun, educational, and overall rewarding environment. We go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service to our clients. We are looking for even more amazing team members who can help us continue to achieve our vision.

What You’ll Do:

You will be joining our medical team and be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your own thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service to the families in our community each and every day. You will help us improve and continue to grow as a team of caring veterinary professionals who work to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care for our patients, and build a team that has fun, supports each other, and learns together.

We are unique! We want you to explore the opportunities within the workday, not just get through it. We want you to feel great about not just what we accomplished during the day, but how we accomplished it. We want you to be proud of who we are and what we stand for. We continually strive to build a place where our team is happy coming to work and is excited to be a part of our team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong well-trained team member with “hands-on” leadership skills.

  • Experienced in dentistry and general surgery.
  • Able to support patients with traditional therapies and open integrative therapies practices by other veterinarians and staff.
  • Willing to partner with clients to create strong client bonds and optimal patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on cases.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records.
  • Business and leadership skills or interest in developing these skills.
  • Integrative veterinary experience, or wiliness to learn.
  • The ability to inspire and train a service-oriented staff in partnership with practice owners.

Are you ready to start a new journey with us??

Compensation:

We are offering an excellent experience-based compensation and benefits package, with the opportunity to join and grow with a successful AAHA-certified veterinary practice in a new state-of-the-art facility.
