Plant Operations & Maintenance Director

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Plant Operations & Maintenance Director position at Wyoming County Community Health, a 50 bed acute care hospital and 130 bed nursing home, located in Warsaw, NY. Position is responsible for day to day management of the POM department including prioritizing work orders for (Engineering) MEP, HVAC, boilers, chillers and other general maintenance including preventative maintenance. Interacts with other department leaders and administration.  Manages, coaches and trains a supervisor and hourly associates. Manages Fire and Life Safety, Environment of Care and third party vendors.  Ideal candidates will have experience in Healthcare engineering and maintenance, either as a lead, stationary engineer, supervisor or manager. High School Diploma or GED is required. Hospital experience and knowledge of Joint Commission regulations are required.
