Description of Role 

Joining CES Roofing in a Sales Development Role presents a dynamic opportunity within our organization. This full-time role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy forward. This Sales role will spearhead initiatives encompassing new business development, meticulous business planning, robust lead generation, precise contract negotiation, detailed estimating, and adept account management within designated territories across Florida.

This position will primarily operate from our Palm Harbor, FL headquarters, with flexibility for remote work and travel throughout Florida as required. 

Responsibilities

 -      Create, grow and manage sales funnel for assigned Florida Territories

-       Travel throughout assigned territories for appointments/meetings

-       Build strong relationships in market 

-       Cold calling to create new business

-       Following up with leads/scheduling estimates

-        Create proposals and review with customer

-        Set up webinars or lunch and learns with potential customers

-        Visually documenting projects through photos and videos, collaborating with Marketing to curate captivating content for dissemination across various social media platforms

-        Adhere to all regulatory requirements including State regulations and OSHA

Qualifications

 -     Minimum 5 years Sales and Sales Development experience in Commercial Roofing (Construction Industry considered)

-       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 

-       Ability to network and develop relationships with property owners and managers

-       Strong proficiency in contract negotiation

-       Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up skills

-       Cold calling experience as well as lead generation

-       Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment

-       Goal oriented and passionate with a desire to grow within the company

-       Valid drivers license and insurable driving record

-       Ability to set-up ladder and perform roof inspection
