Job Description

Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.

Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director.
Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing.
Follow department budget guidelines.
Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Expeiance conducting programs and activities for seniors (preferred)
Associate’s Degree or equivalent form of a two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training
You are someone who is excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate in those activities.
You are extremely patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.
