Senior Tax Director

Highly prominent global company in the Baltimore-Washington area seeks a dynamic and strategic Senior Tax Director for North America to work closely alongside their executive team in the oversight of income, non-income, and provisional tax functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provisions, prepared by third party service providers
• Oversee the annual R&D tax credits
• Oversight of all indirect and property tax filings
• Responsible for tax compliance
• Strategic tax planning

Experience:

• 8 plus years of corporate tax experience
• CPA or Master in Tax required
• 3 plus years of management experience
