Great Property Manager Wanted! Seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced FT Property Manager. This team player will work closely with other experienced managers to professionally operate approximately 250 apartment units located in West St. Paul, South St. Paul, and Apple Valley. The manager will split office time in Apple Valley and West St. Paul (on border of Mendota Heights).

Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day requirements of properties

· Maintain a positive relationship with residents and staff

· Advertise, market, and show vacant apartments

· Manage rent collection and related processes

· Evaluate and understand market conditions and pricing

· Manage operating expenses

· Develop, document and enforce resident policies

· Communicate with maintenance team on turnovers, repairs and emergencies

· Manage property personnel (caretakers, vendors, etc.)

· Maintain accurate property records

Requirements and Qualifications

· 3+ years of property management or closely related experience

· Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with computers, including accounting software and Microsoft Office

· Organized

· Reliable vehicle

Times Ventures and its partners own and manage apartments and commercial properties around the Twin Cities. This position will focus on the apartment properties. The position is full-time, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
