Age Requirement

As a full service bakery, you must be 18 years or older to operate certain machinery (mixers, processors, etc.) and complete certain tasks.
Applicants 16 years old to 18 years old are still able to participate in many aspects of the bakery, but can not make dough on the commercial mixers. As any lead or manager role would include using the commercial machinery, applicants must be 18+ years old.

At this time we do not have positions in the bakery that are available for applicants 15 years old and younger.

Availability of Leads & Managers

For all leads and managers Friday & Saturday availability is required with the position as we sell about half of our cookies for the week those days.
For shift leads and managers we generally ask they either be able to work opening and mid shifts or mid shifts and closing shifts consistently throughout the week. Applicants with full open availability are given priority in the hiring process.
For any salary managers such as a General Manager, full time availability during all store operations is required. General Managers generally have Sunday and one day Tuesday through Thursday off each week.
Candidates who do not have the general required availability but would like to pursue opportunities in the bakery are encouraged to apply for a baker or crew member position for consideration.

Crumbl Cookies & the State of Ohio have dress code policies that are enforced in our bakery. These include rules such as no jewelry or peircings to be worn during your shift. Crew must wear hairnets and non-slip shoes among other common policies. Are you willing to follow a dress policy if you were hired?
