  • WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or a combination of Education, Experience, and Training.

    • 3+ years in analytics roles and prior experience in B2B roles.

    • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms and ability to efficiently query structured data

    • Experience in the valuation and definition of new measures, and the translation of business goals into quantitative metrics

    • Shown knowledge in B2B or B2C platforms.

    • Proven track record to work on multi-functional teams and provide project management support

    • Understanding of applied statistics including time series analysis and data mining techniques

    • Highly proficient in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, IBM Cognos, SalesForce Connect, SalesForce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), SQL, Teradata, Snowflake.

    • Interpersonal skills and ability to lead meetings with different nationalities (Asia, Pacific and Latin America).

PGTM is responsible for running and evolving a $12B B2B platform with 100% partner engagement, as well as, building & delivering CODE, tools, and policies for 100% of our one APLA marketplace.

    ~~~ is Nike's official B2B platform that is critical to Nike's future business. Nike.Partners team exists to serve our customers (internal and external). Nike.Partners team solves business problems, delivers business outcomes and provides outstanding digital experiences and services for one APLA marketplace!

    Our tools allow our partners to plan their business, flow products to their stores, replenish inventory as well as handle ordering activities post submission through delivery.

    We lead and make decisions with data. We passionate about return on investment and live by the business case! We explore customer experience to build the most intuitive digital ecosystem to unlock our Partners' full potential.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    If this is you, you'll be working with APLA Nike.Partners team and defining the vision and strategy of the platform by analyzing customer behavior and trends on Nike. Net. Provide and support the Nike. Partners team and cross-functional teams with quantitative and qualitative data to enhance their knowledge about our partners' behavior and take better decisions by using data. Provide Nike. Net customers' insights to the Product Team (Global and Geo) to support future improvements and the development of new capabilities based on users' needs. Some of the attributions are:

    • Analyze Nike. Net customers' behavior to provide insight into unique and complex Nike challenges and opportunities in support of targeted business priorities and objectives.

    • Identify trends through ~~~ applications to optimize the customer experience

    • Provide insights using web analytics to improve customer retention.

    • Share executive summaries to the key partner teams on an ongoing basis with Customer's behavior and revenue acquired through ~~~.

    • Collaborate with Asia, Pacific, and Latin America ~~~ teams to gather and provide territory's insights and information.

    • Develop the necessary tools like Tableau/Adobe Analytics dashboards and reports to provide data for better decision-making.

    • Collaborate with key business partners (report users) to deeply understand their needs and improve opportunities to drive knowledge into action.

    • Review plans, methodology, and implementation with key collaborators to ensure and uphold standard methodologies and data quality.

    • Troubleshoot data and analytics issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve issues.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    You will report to the Director of Nike. Partners of APLA. You will collaborate with your peers (~~~ platform managers and Customer Experience Manager), provide user seasonal engagement to the Go To Market Excellence team, maintain constant contact with our territories (Asia, Pacific, and Latin America) teams, and you will also form positive relationships with global counterparts to help drive coordination between geo and global teams, representing the voice of APLA.
