We are seeking a Product Manager passionate about building, launching, and scaling, monetized software that protects our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience translating customer needs into business requirements, in multiple stages of a product development cycle, writing technical requirements, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will be directly responsible for relationships with senior leadership across Intel's business units, setting the strategic direction and capability roadmap, and aligning on roadmap priorities. You will collaborate directly with Intel's business units to translate business strategy into an actionable roadmap and go to market motions.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for listening to the voice of customers to understand what problems we need to solve, how to solve those problems and determine current gaps with our current offerings
You will drive the vision for our product offerings, align with sister organizations, determine gaps, define ownership and come up with a vision and roadmap
You will write business requirements by understanding the needs of the customer, laying out the detailed user stories and then work with the software development teams to prioritize and deliver
You will co-own products with software development teams and work closely with them to create a balance on business needs vs technical needs
An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral traits that indicate:
Experience defining product and portfolio strategy including roadmap definition
Proven and demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership engagement experience
Demonstrated ability to define, analyze, and prioritize requirements across multiple stakeholder teams
Excellent communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers
Experience communicating effectively with both stakeholders, engineers, and systems architects
A self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to learn and apply
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to apply tangible data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause/analyses
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 9+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems with 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management.
6+ years of experience in trust and security software offerings.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
