Director of Enterprise Sales

Nexxt, Inc., a leading technology company in the talent solutions field with over 85 million job seekers across the US, is actively seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team, working remotely on a full-time basis. 

We offer our customers a suite of online recruitment and advertising tools enabling them to reach and hire the best people. We are not a staffing firm or placement firm – we offer cutting-edge technology solutions that attract top quality talent for our clients.

As a Director of Enterprise Sales, you will call on Fortune 1000 and Enterprise organizations and work with agency partners to introduce them to Nexxt’s recruitment products. Here’s what you will be doing on a daily basis:

• Direct prospecting and partnering with our agency partners to introduce the Nexxt suite of products to Fortune 1000 and Enterprise clients
• Work to achieve and exceed monthly sales quota by generating sales through consistent activities, including outbound calls and email prospecting
• Using Sales force to document all activities, tasks, and opportunities (if you’re not familiar with Salesforce, don’t worry, we’ll teach you)!

Qualifications

7+ years of quota exceeding experience selling Technology (HR Tech or other Tech), Staffing (RPO), and/or Internet Advertising products/services

• Entrepreneurial approach to managing your day to day sales activities
• Self-confidence, a competitive drive, and a desire to win
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service-oriented mindset
