Sales Lead Gen Specialist

Nexxt, Inc., a leading technology company in the talent solutions field with over 100 million job seekers across the US, is actively seeking a Sales Lead Gen Specialist to join our team either remotely or in our Wayne, PA office.

As a Sales Lead Gen Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the team. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. This candidate will additionally research new lead gen tools and avenues to continue to grow resources. Here’s what you will be doing on a daily basis:

• Development of new business via established and new channels
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential new prospects
• Support sales team to improve performance and maintenance of leads
• Partner with Business Development Directors in understanding of lead progression, feedback avenues and continued expansion

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of telemarketing/online channels sales, inside sales or recruiting experience is required
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related field is a plus
