    Team Lenovo is looking for an all-star Administrative Partner to support the account team working on a hybrid model from Raleigh, NC .

    Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

    • Manage calendar with shifting priorities and deadlines

    • Make extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Support office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs)

    • Work professionally with other senior and executive admins both internally and externally to facilitate timely and accurate planning needs

    • Assist in coordinating activities for the directors and managers supported, including but not limited to planning, and coordination of logistics for events

    In addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • A strong ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptability to changing schedules and priorities

    • Skills to assess the importance of a meeting, email, or document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties quickly and accurately

    • The ability to identify potential issues in advance and proactively mitigate in creative ways

    • Interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels inside and outside Intel

    • Excellent organizational and impeccable multitasking with strong follow-through to meet deadlines

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Workday.

    Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship .

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school degree or equivalent.

    • 5+ years relevant administrative support experience (Microsoft Office suite, Calendar and Travel management

    Working Model

    This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
