Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks

Human Services Transformation
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do "more with less," and rethink the way they deliver services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
3-5 years of overall development experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud product- Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
2-4 years of experience in implementing CRM integrations to other systems
Must have deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules and its features
Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
Demonstrated experience with MS Azure cloud services (Azure Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, hybrid cloud, advanced cloud security, Azure compute and storage services) using .net (c#)
Experience in developing Dynamics 365 applications, preferably case management systems
Practical experience with solution design, development, implementation, and operation of complex multi-vendor, multi-server network infrastructures in support of a mission-critical enterprise environment
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
