The Technology Assurance Group (TAG) is a collaborative team of technology professionals dedicated to ensuring that UMB's infrastructure, systems and applications are available 24/7. They identify, triage and remediate complex issues to avoid business disruption. This group partners with other technical teams to evolve UMB processes, monitoring systems and automation, raise the overall technical competency of each other, and provide quality service to our internal business partners and external customers.
As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will focus on the design and delivery of technical solutions developed on the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in the administration, development, documentation, and technical support of this platform with specific focus on the CMDB and Configuration management process. Your success in maintaining ServiceNow will allow UMB associates the services needed to avoid business disruption.

How you'll spend your time:
Ensuring the CMDB effectively supports other ITSM automation/processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
Providing thought leadership and developing, documenting, and implementing CI data governance processes and procedures based on the Common Service Data Model for effectively managing CI data.
Ensuring quality of the CMDB data is maintained and target metrics are established and met, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Providing guidance and training in support of the maintenance and growth of the CMDB.
Developing and monitoring CI data health reports / dashboards and resolving any issues.

You have at least 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
You have practical experience or specific training in ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping. Although this is not required, it highly valued.
You have strong experience with Web services using SOAP/REST.
You have working understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset, etc.).
You have LDAP and SSO experience.

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $60,795 to $112,875 annually. ?The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. ?The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.?
