    1. Receiving

    • Confirm receiving ticket matches delivered material and purchase order. Inspect all incoming shipments prior to receiving. Notify supervisor and/or purchasing if material is damaged or if the count is incorrect

    • Following raw material incoming inspection process

    • Receive items to inventory (e.g., use of scan gun and/or computer based inventory control system, or receiving log).

    • Receive returned goods only if prior approval has been given

    • Shipping

    • Process log orders through JDE from pick to production to work order completion using the scan gun

    • Prepare outbound material (properly skid, strap, and/or band)

    • Retrieve bills of lading for all shipments. Compare material count to bill of lading before loading.

    • Label all outgoing product as required.

    • Ensure that all documents are processed as required (including proper signatures, copies retained and/or distributed, etc.)

    • Ensure that all materials are properly secured to pallets for shipping and/or transportation.

    • Follow all inventory procedures by use of scan gun and/or computer based inventory control system, or transfer list.

    • UPS/DHL/FedEx

    • Prepare product/samples for shipment per Shop Order

    • Order supplies as needed


    • MinimumHigh SchoolDiploma or GED

    • Must communicate fluently in English (speaking, reading, writing)

    • Basic computer skills helpful

    • Basic knowledge of scan guns and/or inventory control system

    • Previous forklift experience and PIT certification required
