    The Enterprise Application Development Team at Comcast develops, delivers and operates solutions that support our workforce as well as our business partners in HR, Payroll, Total Rewards(benefits), and Facilities. We specialize in enterprise solutions that can rapidly scale and flex to meet the demands of our business and large employees and contingent labor populations.     Job Description


    • Deliver data-driven solutions for businesses, complementing existing business teams with additional resources, perspectives, ideas, and solutions.

    • Identify the right open-source tools to deliver product features by performing research, POC, and/or interacting with various open-source forums.

    • Apply knowledge to ensure accuracy of data and benchmarking, able to build, maintain, and improve dashboards/reporting used to forecast past, present, and future retention performance using a combination of Trino, Tableau, and Alteryx.

    • Continual research of the latest big data and machine learning technologies to provide new capabilities and increase efficiency.

    • Collaborates with partners across enterprises and businesses to identify product and technical requirements, and identify and deliver integration needs.

    • Leverage data engineering skills and analytical difficulty to analyze large amounts of data and extract actionable insights using techniques such as data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, and machine learning

    • Promote a very high standard of quality, reliability, and performance for data models and algorithms that can be coordinated into the engineering and sciences workflow

    • Perform ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders using various datasets across the organization, including critical metric deep dives, predictive modeling, audience clustering, and affinity analysis.

    • Process structured and unstructured data into efficient data models suitable for analysis and reporting in a highly analytics environment.

    • Build high volume and near-real-time automation processes for data delivery

    • Construct and rebuild/improve software and web applications. Assists with the software update process for existing applications and rollouts of software releases.

    • Lead projects from planning stages through execution and delivery, collaborating with business units, agencies, and peers to ensure the product aligns with business needs

    • Communicate across the enterprise with various partners and work closely with teammates on ongoing workstreams and projects

    • Lead and prioritize incoming requests from various enterprise stakeholders with existing and overlapping projects.


    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • 3-5 years of experience in delivering and leading teammates with Workday Tech like Integrations Platform, Extend Platform, Security, Business Processes, etc.

    • 3-5 years of experience in leading teammates in designing, solutions, and architecting solutions with middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.

    • 3-5 years of experience with a programming language such as Python, Scala, Java, or Java Script and experience writing reusable and efficient code to automate data profiling and processing

    • 2-3 years of experience with processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data using big data technologies like Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
