Staff DevOps Engineer
7+ years of relevant Engineering DevOps Tools, Software Development Process, Application Security Testing experience, Automation, and tools migration skills.
7+ years of experience managing and operating a DevOps environment with industry-leading solutions, Atlassian Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Xray, Blac Duck.
5+ years of experience in Agile software delivery.
Experience with AWS Cloud technologies , microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
Experience in DevOps practices - Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring.
Proficient in automation skills, GoLang, Ansible, Java, and Shell Scripting.
Knowledge of DevSecOps for Application Security Testing (SAST, DAST, MAST, IAST).

The Staff DevOps Engineer will lead, design, and implement development tools and processes for in-house development.
Understanding of writing tooling and libraries for other teams (strong focus on usability in both development and documentation).
You will actively collaborate with software developers, product managers, test engineers, and administrators on projects to design, develop and improve the build, release, and deploy toolchain for DevOps.
You will act as a security lead and evaluate everything from that perspective (ensuring we followed security org's guidelines in the TerraMake processes, as well as what the defaults for Terraform modules should be and shouldn't even be allowed without exception.
Establish and lead all aspects of a DevOps environment (including both tools and processes) focused on automation and collaboration to facilitate product release management
Provide technical expertise for development tools, processes, automation, and standard methodologies to support the software development process
Seek opportunities for software development tools and process improvements
Work with the development teams to establish a development process using code branching and versioning to improve development efficiency within a CI/CD pipeline

The hiring range for this position is typically:
153,750.00 - 205,000.00 USD
Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
