The Strategic Account Analyst will have responsibility for a portfolio of Salvage Customers. This includes, but is not limited to customer strategic direction, P&L responsibility, development of new programs, gathering and acting on customer feedback, and helping to develop new customers. The Strategic Account Analyst is expected to have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to conduct operational meetings with all levels.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Uses customer input and other relevant data to identify, develop and deploy program solutions
Relationship management with large and small vendors to expand current portfolio of business
Interact with customers to review results, identify needs and obtain buy-in/support for potential solutions that provide a higher level of customer service and increased opportunity
Develop strategic direction with a focus on account development
Nature and Scope
Reports to Manager of Secondary Sales. This position has no direct reports.
Environmental Job Requirements
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
