    Work you'll perform:

    As a Manager on the Tracking & Trading team, you'll be part of a team that regularly interfaces with Deloitte professionals at all career levels from our Audit, Tax, Advisory and Consulting practices. You will be managing a team of colleagues in the US and India, responsible for monitoring the personal investments and financial relationships of Deloitte professionals to ensure firm and regulatory compliance. Your role will include:

    • Working closely with ICN Leadership to ensure adequate systems and processes are in place to effectively monitor Deloitte professionals' personal financial relationships

    • Managing teams and multiple processes to ensure compliance with auditor independence policies and regulations

    • Working to create process improvements and efficiencies in the areas you manage

    • Consulting with audit engagement teams on independence compliance matters related to personal financial relationships

    • Developing subject matter expertise on policies and regulations related to personal financial relationships

    • Leading special projects and ad hoc requests as directed by ICN Management to meet the team's overall objectives

    • Supporting all aspects of user acceptance testing for new system releases.

    • Creating and revising training courses and materials to address reporting requirements with targeted audiences.

    • Coaching, leading, and mentoring team members within our Tracking & Trading team

    Independence & Conflicts Network

    The Independence & Conflicts Network (ICN) performs a critical consultative, quality-assurance and risk-management function for the Deloitte US Firms, helping the organization remain unbiased and free from conflicts-of-interest, in fact and appearance, when providing service to attest/audit clients. Independence requirements are defined by specific sets of policies, external rules and regulations, so maintaining both the independence of the Deloitte US Firms and personal independence is essential to the business and reputation of Deloitte.



    • Bachelors' degree (preferably business, finance, or accounting)

    • 5+ years of related experience

    • Solid understanding of a broad range of financial investments and relationships

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and research skills

    • Outstanding attention to detail along with strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills

    • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

    • Positive attitude, initiative, good judgment, and dedication to quality

    • Ability to react positively in an environment with multiple initiatives, where priorities and deadlines change quickly

    • Strong time management and prioritization skills, including being responsive to ad hoc requests

    • Experience with process improvement and/or new process implementation


    • An understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firms

    • Experience working in a large corporation or accounting firm

    • Familiarity with various research tools (Refinitiv Eikon or Bloomberg)

    • Demonstrated team leadership competencies/experience

    • Experience with Microsoft Vision

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $171,790.

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
