WHAT YOU BRING:
Expert-level risk-based audit craft - developing/performing risk assessments, connecting risks to business objectives, developing/implementing robust test plans and bringing together work in well-documented work papers.
Strong experience with financial case modeling and management of benefits realization.
Expert-level experience with large scale ERP pre/post-implementation reviews, point in time program health-checks and risk advisory projects.
Expert-level understanding of portfolio and program management activities.
Strong experience with agile development and product management activities.
Expert-level experience addressing compliance requirements within a large-scale enterprise program or agile developed product.
Consistent track record to identify business and technology risks and understand the internal control environment, while working with clients to develop practical recommendations to mitigate those risks.
Strong experience auditing general computing controls (ITGCs), including security/access, change control, systems development, and technology operations.
Extensive experience with change and transition management practices and techniques.
Consistent track record to efficiently communicate sophisticated ideas or critical/difficult information, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others to embrace a different point of view across all levels of management.
Proven people leadership skills, prior team leadership & personnel mentor/development.
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
10+ years total business experience in internal audit, management consulting, PMO or program management or related fields.
Expert-level audit & risk leadership skills to provide team direction, lead all aspects of work quality, and provide insightful advice to management.
CPA, CIA or CISA and PMP or Agile certifications highly preferred.
Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
High learning agility, growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?
In this role you will lead Global Risk Management's ongoing advisory & assurance approach to large program transformations across Nike. You'll define the engagement model and develop a multi-year plan to engage Nike's largest business transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with key program and enterprise partners to implement targeted audit and advisory engagements. You'll also deepen partnerships to strengthen collaboration and coordination across the three lines of defense.
You'll independently plan and be responsible for a range of projects. You will develop team members during engagements, review and approve other's work, provide creative and strategic business-oriented recommendations, and deliver executive level verbal and written communications to a variety of partners across the company. You will also help advise how the Audit & Advisory team evolves our approach to auditing across key functional areas where digital transformation is taking place. Your work will be highly visible to NIKE executive management and the Board of Directors Audit & Finance Committee.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH?
You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Audit & Advisory as a key encouraging leader and risk leader within the team, and partner closely with the Strategic Risk Management team within the broader Global Risk Management department. You'll also cultivate and maintain a range of partner relationships with digital transformation teams across Global Technology, Strategic Enterprise Capabilities, Finance and Human Resources.
