    Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, the UA Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day campaign reporting and operations the company’s recruitment advertising partners. In this role you will work cross functionally with teams to manage and analyze traffic-driving campaigns and projects in support of the business’s goals and objectives. This is an opportunity to have critical impact on a major part of Nexxt’s business.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Monitor partner metrics for daily performance, bringing awareness to issues and highlights
    • Create daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports
    • Interact with internal staff and external vendors, as required, to ensure that campaigns are managed appropriately
    • Provide data driven suggestions for campaign optimization and budget allocations
    • Assist with new vendor setup and day-to-day operations
    • Troubleshoot technical issues
    • Manage internal tracking documents and team process documentation
    • Research new opportunities for business
    • Support Client Services, Digital Marketing, and other teams as needed
    • Stay current with evolving partner, competitor, and industry trends and advancements

    Requirements

    • Excellent Microsoft Excel, oral, and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Solid technical aptitude, with the ability to work cross functionally between technical, creative, and other departments
    • Sound sense of ownership for all job responsibilities projects to tasks
    • Able to work quickly, define and report on issues, interpret data, and draw valid conclusions

    Education/Experience

    • BA/BS in analytics, business, marketing, communications or related concentration
    • 1-3 years of experience with digital campaign coordination, media buying, or marketing
    • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising preferred
