    The Comcast Business XD team is searching for a rockstar Program Manager contractor with proven success in increasing e-commerce sales of profitable products. This Program Manager is responsible for driving the on-time delivery of digital acquisition and self-service experiences across our portfolio of business products. This role will facilitate continual communication and collaboration among internal core teams to ensure all lines of business are developed to specifications and completed according to schedule. Working closely with the Project Lead and other key stakeholders, the Program Manager will plan, track, and report on the development schedule of all tracks for the acquisition of new customers and self-service for existing customers.

    The Program Manager will lead continuous efforts to improve process efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize communication within the product development discipline. Additionally, they will support the Project Lead in troubleshooting and resolving product work flow issues with regards to intake to launch and in-market testing.


    Planning & Process

    • Establish, review, and maintain product/project development timelines in conjunction with Senior Management and Project Lead, working with cross-functional teams to set clearly delineated goals and agreed upon critical dates to meet project needs and revising the schedule as required.

    • Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences activities required to successfully complete projects.

    • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.

    • Participate in project planning and strategy kickoff meetings.

    • Identify areas for improved efficiency in the project development process and champion continuous improvement initiatives relating to process and workflows.

    • Implement project management best practices to optimize existing processes and/or develop new processes to improve efficiency in project development.

    • Create and maintain budgets

    • Track external agency burn reports and manage internal team's time/work against budgets

    • Be hands-on with the daily task-tracking and team capacity planning

    Implement/ Execute/Communicate

    • Execute the project according to the project plan.

    • Manage adherence to naming convention, records, and archival filing protocols to document project activities.

    • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.

    • Maintain established communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.

    • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team with the Project Lead on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

    • Ensure project deliverables are on time and at desired quality.

    • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

    • Produce regular reports on the project to be shared with product teams and leadership that identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations.

    • Facilitate productive working relationships and effective communication with all internal and external partners.

    • Conduct regular weekly meetings with team; communicate daily via email or conduct stand-ups, conference calls, or 1:1 with all contributors as necessary.

    • Ensure clarity of objectives, timelines, resources, and references and enforce accountability among all partners in development of products.


    BS/BA in creative, business, or technical area or equivalent experience. Ideal candidate will have 7 - 10 years of project management history with strong cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix reporting structure. Must be a strategic thinker with ability to connect the dots, able to partner with the project lead to understand the business, the experience design - and how to communicate up to executive stakeholders with a polished presence.

    Experience working directly with design teams is key along with drive to thrive in an ever-changing, interdisciplinary and collaborative environment. Must possess strong written, visual and oral communication skills with the ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with internal and external business partners. This is a management role and the ideal candidate will feel comfortable leading the project and acting as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Brand, Lines of Business, Product, Digital Testing, SEO, FED and Content Ops teams. Prefer candidates from product background with proven track record managing multiple, complex, high profile projects across various timelines within the Sales, Marketing and E-commerce space.
