    Job Responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the company, the Vice President of Sales will assume responsibility for an established sales & sales support team and all existing company client relationships, and actively work to grow these relationships to increase revenues.

    The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of sales management experience, and 5 years of active sales experience, having managed a team generating at least $10+ million in revenue, with demonstrable experience in scaling sales teams.  The successful candidate should understand how to interact, present, and sell to all types of company sizes, including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.  In addition, the candidate should possess strong recruitment advertising industry experience, and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Talent Acquisition space to help lead and mentor the team towards responding to market needs and aligning the organization for future growth.

    Roles and responsibilities include:

    • Strong communication and collaboration with the senior management team to understand and actively manage towards consistent achievement of the revenue goals of the company;
    • Advocacy for clients and the sales team internally to help influence the company’s direction to build a customer-focused organization that provides high quality sales and support with clients.
    • Understand the recruitment advertising marketplace (JADs, ATSs, Resume Harvesters and other TA tech software platforms and partners) and work to build mutually beneficial partnerships and joint ventures that build brand and have a positive revenue impact on the company;
    • Utilize sales planning experience to develop quotas, pipeline reports, projections, incentive plans, sales contests, and performance improvement plans;
    • In conjunction with the senior management team, participate and influence product and pricing initiatives to assist in identifying and developing new product offerings to scale and grow revenues;
    • Strong interpersonal & people skills to help support and actively manage the sales organization, including excellent oral and written communication skills;
    • Liaise and collaborate with other departments within the company to help develop solutions for streamlining customer onboarding and client services to ensure operational efficiency within the company;
    • Work with Marketing to influence new methods of outreach, exposure, and lead generation to support inbound leads and prospecting for the sales team;
    • Assist with second-voicing and sales person mentorship to help team members develop new relationships and resolve client challenges and issues as they arise;
    • Identify, purchase, and implement sales tools and technologies that will aide in team productivity;
