This position is currently remote but will be located out of our Wayne, PA office in the future. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who values excellence in their work.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the company, the Vice President of Sales will assume responsibility for an established sales & sales support team and all existing company client relationships, and actively work to grow these relationships to increase revenues.
The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of sales management experience, and 5 years of active sales experience, having managed a team generating at least $10+ million in revenue, with demonstrable experience in scaling sales teams. The successful candidate should understand how to interact, present, and sell to all types of company sizes, including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations. In addition, the candidate should possess strong recruitment advertising industry experience, and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Talent Acquisition space to help lead and mentor the team towards responding to market needs and aligning the organization for future growth.
