Visualization Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an interface with sub-groups within a business unit and/or multiple GIS domains for Business Intelligence, Big Data and AI/ML technology strategy alignment, solution discovery, service management and project portfolio mgmt.

• Architect and design complex Business intelligence, Big Data and AI/ML solutions to address cross functional needs and convert design to functional and technical specifications. Oversee software application and platform development, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions.

• Plan and manage medium to large scale Business intelligence, Big Data or AI/ML application or platform projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality. Serve as a Business Intelligence, Visualization Applications, Big Data, or AI/ML team lead on a large, complex, cross functional projects.

• Design and development of reporting/dash boarding solutions in Relational & OLAP environments using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, SSRS etc with complex data sets in a Big Data environment to derive the analysisin a cross functional environment. Use Open source data visualization frameworks like Angular, React, D3, Node etc to build the applications

• Delivers project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget. Develops project budgets. Develops understanding cost model and cost drivers for service(s) and recommend service area budgets and cost optimization activities.

• Provides and/or oversees BI, Data and AI/ML application and platform support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets. Oversees monitoring of specific IT systems or set of systems and tuning of such systems for availability and performance. Drives completion of root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends. Evaluates/recommends/plans lifecycle for patches, point releases, and major upgrades.

• Ensures adherence to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing, and support internal and external audits.

• Continuously learn, improvise and suggest other visualization framework/tools. Conduct training sessions on existing tools.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer sciences or related field

• 8+Years ofExperience in IT

• Experience working Analytics Organization in Semi Conductor Industry is a plus
