HP Chief Operating Officer Jon Flaxman, a company veteran, has died

The chief operating officer of Palo Alto-based HP Inc. has died. Jon Flaxman, 61, joined the company (NYSE: HPQ) in 1981 and steadily rose through its ranks, becoming a senior vice president in 2001, according to his LinkedIn profile.
