The end of summer always sneaks up on us. For some reason, every year, despite our many shared bottles of rosé, taste tests of inventive new ice cream treats, and no-cook meal escapades, we’re always surprised when suddenly it’s time for our last BBQ of the season. We have mixed feelings on the subject because while we’re sad to leave warm weather and all the fun activities (and specialty eats that come with it) behind, the start of fall is always exciting — and not just because it’s pumpkin...
