Uber's food delivery service set to launch in Boston

Ride-hailing company Uber Technologies Inc. is launching its food delivery service, UberEATS, in Boston on Thursday. Starting tomorrow, smartphone owners can download the UberEATS app and order meals delivered from local restaurants. The service is launching in Boston with 150 partner restaurants, including Union Square Donuts, Toro and Dudley Cafe. Uber says the average delivery time is 30 minutes.
