Wall Street needs to brace for an even bigger inflation scare

Concerns about inflation and higher interest rates have recently rattled investors.  But in the coming months, inflation could rise even higher on so-called adverse base effects.  Cellphone plans and physicians' services cheapened significantly last year, particularly around March and April.
