Exciting opportunity to join a growing IT team and build applications as well as integrate to existing SaaS software to support the business needs. This is a hands-on position and would involve analyzing user requirements, designing, coding, testing, as well as guiding and reviewing external contractors' and / or other colleagues' work. Proficiency in C#, .Net and SQL is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop & maintain business critical applications / workflows using Microsoft .net.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive workflow designs.

• Review team members code, architecture, and documentation to provide feedback.

• Create system design documents and architectures.

• Trains and facilitates business users to create their own reports, apps, and automated processes using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

• Assists in creating documentation, cataloging and maintenance of Data Dictionaries.

• Develops understanding of the current application portfolio

• Contributes to setting development standards and procedures for source management, deployment management, environment management

• Contributes to critical application decisions in system integrations, software selection process etc.

• Continually enhance the usability and performance of our business applications and automation solutions.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation and create release notes for new features. - Monitor technology updates and emerging products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (3) three to (5) five years of experience in a developer role in full stack environment

• Robust Experience with Object Oriented Design, C# programming, MVC, and .Net 5+ Must have knowledge on SQL queries, SQL Server, and relational database technology.

• Experience with Rest API development, integration knowledge and middleware integration expertise.

• Experience with Azure cloud services.

• Experience with Razor pages and Blazor UI.

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline, GIT, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Object-Relational Mapping and NHibernate.

• Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.

• Ability to handle change, multitask and keep up with a fast pace and consistently growing environment.

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

• Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience.

• Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Experience developing or maintaining customer facing hybrid web applications preferred.

• Experience working with offshore development team preferred.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $90,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $110,000.00/Yr.
