    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, conducting and scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientation

    • Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS data

    • Manages all new hire paperwork including employee files, I-9s, etc

    • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement activities

    • Manages transactions within the learning management system

    • Assist with general employee questions regarding pay, benefits, policies, etc

    • Documents and prepares required reports

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a Bachelor and/ or Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: informing, persuasion, presentation

    • Self-driven, creative and ability to work across country and organizational boundaries

    • Knowledge of broad range of human resources, or organizational behavior topics
