Randstad Lewisburg is currently seeking a CMM Programmer to work 3rd shift for a major local manufacturing company. If you have an Associates Degree or higher and/or High School Diploma/Ged with 3 - 5 years of experience in this field, we definitely want to speak with you! $23 - $30/hr with an excellent benefits package!

salary: $48,776 - $63,336 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Act as the principle liaison between the Quality and Manufacturing groups

Audit, enforce and train other associates on all aspects of the quality policy

Should be self-directed and work well with minimal supervision

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Hold non-conforming materials (use inventory management)

Sort through non-conforming material as necessary to aid in disposition

Perform all capability studies and analyze process variances

Run all extra testing required as part of validation process after quarantine

Problem solves (work with operations on shift to determine root cause of material on hold and make the appropriate changes to limit the amount of material placed on hold)

Perform control plan audits

Work with engineers to update as needed

Perform annual dimensional layouts per customer requirements and any additional as requested

Perform Process/Product and LPA Audits

Issue gages to production as necessary

Assist with or answer 8D assignments on customer rejects

Ability to generate new form/work instructions/checksheets

Assist the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer as assigned

Ability to write Operator Instruction for new gages

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near machinery and moving parts

The employee will be required to travel and stay overnight on occasion

The essential functions of this role include

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

• CMM using CAD through PC-DMIS

• Data collection

• SPC Tools

• Blueprint Reading

• Knowledgeable in GDT

• Presentations

• Mathematical Skills

• CMM (4 years of experience is required)
