We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Accountant to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity but you must live in the DFW or Midland, Tx area. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the controller in all general accounting duties and assist in any special projects. Prior Netsuite experience is highly preferred. CPA or CPA candidacy is a must.

salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries

• Assist in month end duties

• Bank reconciliations

• Credit card reconciliations

• Review payroll for accuracy

• Review AP/AR

• Create and maintain depreciation schedule for fixed assets
