salary: $22 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for financial records.

• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.

• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
