Accounting Clerk

You could handle matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), as the Accounting Clerk for this reputable business. How you will make an impact

• Daily Administrative and office tasks.

• Perform general accounting tasks, reconciliations and assist month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects

• Complete other related duties and assist with special projects as needed

• Support accounts payable by filing vendor invoice and disbursements and by matching & filing A/P invoices

• Daily deposits and expense reports

• Handle Accounts Receivable tasks: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance

Requirements

-Microsoft Dynamics preferred

• Adeptness in Administrative Assistance

• Strong familiarity with Bank Deposit

• Demonstrated knowledge of administrative experience

• Check Deposit experience

• Process Payments experience required

• Process Payments experience desired

• Cash Deposits experience

• Outstanding data entry skills

• Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
