    Description

    The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for processing a high volume of invoices daily in a Healthcare Shared Services environment. The right candidate will have had experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. This candidate will know how to do imaging, invoicing, processing, and payments (dealing with ACH checks, credit cards, 1099's, and bank stop payments).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • At least 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable; or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

    • Shared Services experience is a huge plus!

    • Must score 10,000 or more on a 10-key test; if not, then an Excel test will be issued

    • Experience with 3-way matching

    • Experience with Disbursement processing

    • Has worked with a large ERP system. Peoplesoft a plus

    • Familiar with queries, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables

    • Experience with coding invoices
