Travel & Expense Specialist ~ Professional Services Firm Washington, D.C.

My client is a well-established Professional Services Firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with a need for a Travel & Expense Specialist. The Travel & Expense Specialist will report to Accounting Manager and offers tremendous career growth. Candidates with Concur experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Travel & Expense Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

• Enter and process all agency and bulk rental payments and misc. income for the residential properties and ensures all funds are deposited to the bank promptly.

• If necessary, take deposits to bank ensuring checks are deposited within 48 hours of receipt.

• Post payments (wires and checks) from agencies.

• Maintain copies of rents, batch & deposit slips for reference.

• Assist with monthly delinquency meetings and complete any needed account corrections and support site teams with account adjustments and rent composition changes.

• Monitor and manage Resident/Tenant account ledgers.

3 years of experience processing employee expense reports

Concur experience preferred

BS/BA degree
